Si Probe Plating We use SIFCO Non-cyanide gold solution (Part Number 5355).
For plating parameters, we use the GUI for the Nano-Z. Current is set for 1.5 uA. Target impedance is 400 Kohm at 1004 Hz for a max of 5 runs. We use 1 second intervals with 1 second pauses. We use 'Match Impedances' mode. Sorry I don't have a script for this.
